Requesting offer
Your request can be made directly from our showrooms, online or by phone. For the offer the customer must provide the following information: profile type, type of glass, accessories required (insect nets, PVC rolls, window sills, etc..), approximate dimensions. In this way, the customer will receive an offer as soon as possible.

Taking Order
If you agree to the offer and wish to place an order, we expect you atEasteuro showrooms. Order will be given to execution only aftersigning the contract and paying an advance of the total order.

Payment
When signing the contract, the customer must pay 50% of the order value, the calculation made ​​by the data provided by the client. After the measurements done by Easteuro team, the amount will be recalculated and following the montage, you must pay the rest of it.

Preparing contract
The contract represents the guarantee for both sides that the work will be completed and paid. Under the contract,Easteuro is required to comply with the conditions of manufacture, assembly and delivery of products ordered as required (size, quantity, number, color, glass, accessories) mentioned in note order. After signing the contract, customer has the obligation to respect the terms of payment order.

This agreement may be signed only to the Easteuro showrooms.

Guarantee certificate

After the project work is completed it’s released the guarantee certificate valid for 2 years from the date of its signing.

Guarantee certificate conditions:

  • DOUBLE GLAZING: the guarantee for maintaining thermal and sound insulation properties is 2 years and the mean duraresize_700_easteuro_4534_usa4tion of use is 5 years.
  • PVC PROFILES: the guarantee period is 2 years and the mean duration of use 20 years for white profile  and 10 years for colored profile.
  • IRONMONGERY: the guarantee period is 2 years, the average duration of use for minimum 15,000 cycles opening / closing is 5 years in normal use.
  • MONTAGE: the guarantee for quality assembly operations is 2 years. If the contract has stipulated that the customeperforms the montage, then the customer is responsible fot it.

Ways to ensure the guarantee:

  • Repair of nonconforming product – bringing the product into conformity with the contract and the company standards without charging an additional payment and installation of new parts instead of  nonconforming product.
  • Replacement of nonconforming product – if the product repair is not possible, the seller / manufacturer shall replace the nonconforming product without charging an additional payment , other than the stipulated in the contract.
  • Reducing the price of the product in relation to nonconformity of the product or terminate the contract in case thatother measures are impossible.

The maximum term to solving  the complaints is 15 days from the date of  registration the complaint.
Preparing complaints of product failure, the buyer is obliged to present an invoice, guarantee, the reception report andthe contract order.

Attention! No guarantee is provided for damage caused by:

  •   Repair by unauthorized persons or improperly keeping.
  •   Burglary and general mechanical damage caused by negligence or carelessness consumer.
  •   Fire, modifying or adapting inappropriate.
